    Tighten, tone and strengthen your legs, buttocks and lower back while building lean muscle and burning calories.
  • THAI BOXING
    A high-energy introduction to the ancient art of Muay Thai (Thai Boxing). Learn and perform basic sequences for a great workout.
  • VINYASA FLOW
    A form of ‘power yoga’. Various asanas, or poses, in a non-stop, non-vigorous motion. Breathing and stretching at the same time can help with relaxation, invigoration and inspiration.
  • YOGA
    A flow of Yoga asanas using precise alignment and postural control to help develop muscular strength, core stability, balance, flexibility and an awareness of your breathing.

    All sessions last for 60 minutes and are charged as follows:
    Single session: THB 800 nett per person
    Three sessions: THB 2,200 nett per person
    Five sessions: THB 3,500 nett per person

    A supplementary charge for extra persons in any programme will be 50% on top of the price shown. Additional fees may be applicable for specialist trainers or practitioners.

    Please provide at least three hours’ cancellation notice for individual treatments and at least 24 hours’ cancellation notice for packages, otherwise the full price of the treatment will be charged. ‘No shows’ for any treatments will be charged at full cost.
